Delivery time of the product

After confirming your payment and completing your cash on delivery order, your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

1. In the case of receiving a defective product, a damaged product, or a product different from the order, we will accept the return of the product at our expense, including shipping costs, only if you contact us via the inquiry form within 8 days of the product arrival date. However, the following reasons will be excluded.


(1) Products that have been used or washed.

(2) Products for which accessories such as tags, replacement buttons, or product boxes have been lost or damaged while in the customer's possession.

(3) Products that have become damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession.

(4) Products purchased in a physical store.

2. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please purchase a new item.


If the product is returned to us due to an extended absence or an incorrect address, we will not re-ship the product .
